SM RHINO – RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from SM RHINO Cricket. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. We are happy to accept the return of goods, returned at your cost, if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price and the original delivery postage.
Please be aware that the company does not accept refunds or returns on any personalised items of clothing.
Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be returned within fifteen working days of receipt. At our discretion, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
You must notify us that you will be returning goods, (within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods) by calling the All Rounder Cricket Academy on 021 200 6001.
When telephoning, please have the following details to hand:
- Your Order Reference Number;
- Your e-mail address, if you have one;
- A daytime contact telephone number; and
- The reason for the return.
In the case of damaged or defective goods, please provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, together with the delivery note. In the case of damaged goods, if the packaging itself is damaged, please include this packaging with the returned goods.
